Coffee/ tea making: Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Heating and Cooling: Individual controlled heaters, extra blankets, opening windows and fan.
Telephones: In house calls only.
Electricity: Electricity in New Zealand is 240 volts. Reception can provide overseas adaptors if necessary.

PARKING

Covered parking is available at $25/day. Space is limited so pre booking is essential

GYM

Guests have access to Wellington’s premium gym Habit at $10 per day.
Facilities include gym, a 33 metre indoor lap pool, sauna and spa. Yoga, spin and other classes.
Arrange with reception on arrival.

ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING

All of our rooms are non smoking.

A smoking area is available next to the Arborist Eatery.

Please note that a card transaction fee of 1.8% applies to all credit card transactions. Alternative payment is by cash or eftpos. We do not accept Amex.

ROOM SERVICE

Room Service is operated by the Arborist Bar & Eatery available during their opening hours. Call reception.

CHECK IN/OUT

Check-in time is 2pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Late checkouts can be arranged in advance.

RECEPTION

Reception is attended between the hours of 7am & 11pm Monday to Sunday. If you are to arrive outside these hours, please contact reception to make arrangements as soon as possible.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Reception is happy to store your luggage before or after check in /out.

Capacity 12 people with printing & copying available.
Free hire for hotel guests.

The health and well being of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us. It is no longer necessary to provide vaccination certificates and the wearing of masks is optional.
